Dr. Elist Penile Implant Reviews
If you search anything related to “penis enlargement” on Google, you'll likely became familiar with Dr. Elist and his patented penile implant.
Dr. Elist did the very best job building his brand awareness and market penetration compared to others - by a long shot.
However, how he maintains his on-line reputation creates cause for serious hesitation. Buried in the fine print of his surgical intake papers is a clause stating a patient won't speak negatively to others about any failures - never mind how bad your experience. As patients have troubles and share that publicly - he sues them and gets Google to remove their comments from search results on-line. Not exactly the sort of open honesty most of us want to encounter when contemplating important surgery.
Finally - the California State Attorney General's office have filed suit to take away his medical license. Do you want to become an anecdotal statistic to this nightmare.

Dr. Loria Platinum Procedure® Reviews
Dr. Loria built an excellent reputation from his Juvaderm-type dermal filler injection penis enlargement service. If you look on the Phallobaords or talk with patients - the reviews on that product are mostly positive.
Unfortunately, that procedure isn’t a permanent outcome. It varies in terms of longevity - from a few months to a couple of years. And a lot of other practitioners with actual plastic surgery training have now jumped in the fray. I'm sure that's tightened margins and opportunities.
Thus, Dr. Loria worked to create a new permanent procedure from his experience curve. He says he uses a proprietary blend of his temporary fillers plus an FDA approved lasting filler called Silikon-1000®. Silikon-1000® is an oil-based filler - which means it's extremely viscose and beyond challenging to keep stable upon injection. Its FDA approved as a facial-filler - but it's an off-label usage for penile enhancement.
Long story short?
This injectable is prone to eventually end up in lumps and / or unsightly striations by its very nature. It was not even ideally designed as a small surface filler - its definitely not a solution for big bulking like they do in a penis.
Reviews on this product aren’t very positive over the long term.
When you add-in the big price tag?
This one’s not worth the money: nada!
My other problem with Dr. Loria is he touts himself as a "cosmetic surgeon" on the main landing page at his website. The term cosmetic surgeon doesn't really exist in healthcare but is typically considered a synonym for a plastic surgeon.
Here's the problem: Dr. Loria is not a plastic surgeon - or any sort of "surgeon" for that matter. He's a DO — which is basically the same medical training as a primary care physician. A family practice physician completes four years of medical school followed by three years of residency while a surgeon my have an additional ten years of training after medical school.
Nowhere on his website where he discusses his credentials do you find any mention of his surgical hospital rights - because he's no surgeon!
Suspect the Florida State Medical Board will find out about it at some juncture and fine him: it's a pretty serious medical misrepresentation.
Fat Graft Penis Enlargement
The fat-graft is one of two enhancement procedures (along with ligament cutting) most popular with board-certified plastic surgeons that perform penile enhancement.
The problems with this older technique are four-fold. One, you only get more width - no additional length. Two, the fat tends to eventually clump - creating a bumpy, chunky penis that no girl will ever want to slide between her lips. Three, you have to have adequate extra body fat to succeed with this option - not everyone is a candidate like some others. Finally, the body often reabsorbs over half the fat implant inside of a couple of years.
Unless you find a surgeon that will replacement guarantee you won’t face these two dismal outcomes? Pass on it.
Cutting Suspensory Ligaments for a Longer Penis
Cutting ligaments is the second most common variation of penis enhancement among cosmetic surgeons offering penile enhancement - even a few urologists offer this technique, as well. It's role in this enlargement equation is to help increase length.
Some doctors , even add-on providing increased width via a fat graft .
The concept is fairly simple: by cutting the suspensory ligament that supports the penis from the base of the pelvic bone - you can get added length.
Alas, it's not quite that simple.
Why's that?
First off, its fairly major surgery: cutting a ligament is no minor thing. Recovery is often longer than some guys want. Second, the penis will contract if you don’t maintain long term dedication to stretching the organ. Now that you've released the roots at the base of the tree - you have to methodically work it higher out of the ground.
There's a couple of side effects from a penile ligament release that you need to be aware of and make certain you're good with before you trek too far down this path. First - the penis will not be as well anchored at the base as before. That's means if your partner is coming down on top of you with significant force - the base of your penis might be a little wobbly during such sex. If "cowgirl" is your favorite position with your partner and your lovers are strong and tick? Don't think a ligament release would be right for you!
Second, the erect angle will drop a bit when you're standing straight up. Saw some bullshit wives tails on line from dermal filler physicians who don't perform actual surgery that the penis could end up pointing straight downward when erect. That's urologically impossible! Most of the time when you've got an erection you're laying on the bed in one fashion or another - no change.
The final important challenge to navigate is finding a surgeon who really knows how to do this properly. I learned how important this latter aspect by reading pages of disappointing sagas and a few horror stories on the Phalloboards. There's a lot of special skill needed to perform an optimal ligament release - and every doctor will tell you he's done thousands and is highly skilled.
What do you do?
Again - go to the Phalloboards and talk to patients who've actually had the procedure by the doctor you are considering using.
a lifetime of stretching exercises. Thus, you end up even shorter than you started: ugh!
The combo procedure with a fat graft addresses a couple of the ligament-cutting shortcomings - but you still end up with the likelihood of long-term clumping and body reabsorption.
This technique is not the solution.
Rejuvall® Penis Enlargement Surgery
This Rejuvall technique first caught my attention because I didn’t find any negative reviews about the outcomes: rare!
